- Do I get an incentive on rental properties?
- No, only real estate sales are eligible for this program.
- I brought on an agent last year, do I still receive the incentive?
- No. This program is effective January 1st, 2024. Only agents you that join after this date can receive the incentive.
- What if the agent forgets to put my name on the application?
- No worries just notify us the name of the agent prior to them joining A.Z. & Associates. Again, simply fill the form on this page or call/text us.
- I Referred an agent but they joined a team, do I still get the incentive?
- Yes, the revised ARP program will now pay 10% of Team Lead's earned commission directly to you for every closing your referral produces.
- How do I receive the ARP incentive?
- Earn 15% of the company split for every deal your referral closes. Up to $1,500 per year per agent you refer.
- Is there a limit of agents I can refer?
- There is no limit. The possibilities are endless. You can potentially make tens of thousands of dollars in residual income each year.
- What if I forget to notify A.Z. & Associates and the referral doesn’t mention my name, can I still receive this incentive?
- Unfortunately not. Please take the time to text, call, or email our leadership staff before they get hired on. We made it very easy to quickly submit your referral. So just make sure to tell them to add your name to the application or simply text, email us with their contact information.
- Do I have to Train the agents I refer?
- No, A.Z. & Associates will do all the training to get them up to speed.
- If I leave A.Z. & Associates will I still get the incentive?
- Unfortunately not. You and your agent must be a member of A.Z. & Associates to continue to receive this benefit.
- Will I get notified if my referral is accepted to A.Z. & Associates?
- Yes, You will be immediately notified. Best part is, we will track all closings for you. You will get your check as soon as the file is the file is closed in our system.
- Can I get a referral on new agent that joins my team?

No, agent referrals who join your team are not eligible.
