Studies from the American Psychological Association (APA) on the affects the Covid-19 Pandemic have had on the common health of Americans

Q: I hear that I will need to workout 7 days a week, doesn’t my body need rest?

Your body will be active 7 days a week. 5 of those days will be intense. 2 days will be used for recovery. Your body will adapt quickly. The better question is, What has resting brought you?

Q: I don’t have a gym membership. Do I need one?

Yes. You will need to join a gym to properly complete the physical portion of this challenge. 

Q: I don’t have a Facebook Account. Do I need one?

Yes. You will invited to a private group. Carla will be providing you further instructions in the group. You will also post your updates in this group. So if you don't have one, get one. 

Q: What are good carbs and what are bad carbs? 

All your nutrition questions will be answered in our initial meeting. As a member of the challenge you will have access to a complete list of foods you can eat. 

You will learn more about proper nutrition in the next 30 days than what you’ve learned in your lifetime.
