Q: I hear that I will need to workout 7 days a week, doesn’t my body need rest?
Your body will be active 7 days a week. 5 of those days will be intense. 2 days will be used for recovery. Your body will adapt quickly. The better question is, What has resting brought you?
Q: I don’t have a gym membership. Do I need one?
Yes. You will need to join a gym to properly complete the physical portion of this challenge.
Q: What are good carbs and what are bad carbs?
All your nutrition questions will be answered in our initial meeting. As a member of the challenge you will have access to a complete list of foods you can eat. You will learn more about proper nutrition in the next 30 days than what you’ve learned in your lifetime. You will know exactly why you may be caring additional fat around your belly and thighs.
Q: What results will I get from this challenge?
If you follow the plan, you will see visible difference in your physical appearance. You will have more energy and a better understanding on how to properly care for your body. Participants have lost up to 25 lbs of body fat.
Q: Will I get in the best shape of my life in the next 30 days?
No. You will not get your ideal body in 30 days. However, this will jumpstart your journey in a massive way. You will have noticeable results. You will be inspired to keep going to ultimately live a healthy lifestyle moving forward. You will see more results in the next 30 days than you have seen in the last 6 months.
Q: You said you will have 4 Zoom Live Meetings? I can’t attend live.
You can watch them on demand. These meetings are crucial to your understanding of why you are not getting the results you desire. It is mandatory that you watch the training every week.
Q: My wife and I plan on registering. Can’t I simply share my plan with her and save on the $100 difference in price?
You can, however, plans vary from male to female. Also, your spouse/partner will not be able to attend any of the live meetings or have any access to me. Also, your spouse's nutrition plan also varies. Spend the additional $100 to get your spouse committed as well.
Q: When does the challenge start?
Our First Initial Meeting is Friday April 30th. The challenge officially begins Monday May 3rd 2020.
The Challenge will officially start on Monday March 22nd. However, we will have an initial live Launch Meeting on Friday March 19th at 10AM to go over all the guidelines of the challenge. This will give you all day Saturday and Sunday to prepare for the Monday Challenge. The initial call will not be streamed unfortunately. You need to attend live.
