I’m Carla Araujo, an IFBB Figure Pro, and the President of A.Z. & Associates, not to mention a complete fitness fanatic. From the inception of A.Z. & Associates, it was important for me to cultivate an environment that both A.Z. and I could take pride in—a space that mirrored our core values and beliefs.

As the Co-Founder of Do The Work Coaching, our foundation is built on what we’ve coined the “Prime 3 Deposits.” This effective concept is deliberate about creating leverage, by focusing on three key areas of life on a daily basis: health, self-development, and business, better known as Power, Purpose, and Profit deposits. 

My journey began with teaching and guiding clients towards their fitness goals, and in 2013, I launched my first workout journal. Since then, the program has expanded and evolved, positively impacting thousands through various fitness challenges and the Do The Work App. Throughout this process, I've witnessed the transformative power of physically challenging your body; it doesn't just break down mental and emotional barriers but also significant breakthroughs in my clients’ lives—be it in marriage, business, or their overall sense of purpose.

These transformations laid the groundwork for the inception of the Do The Work Women’s Events in 2018 and Kingdom Christ Lectures in 2021. This empowering programs have not only been a catalyst for the growth of numerous  entrepreneurs nationwide but also a source of inspiration, helping them carve their niches in their respective fields.

I am a real business owner with a real brick and mortar business that spent years perfecting my craft. 

I am the founder of A.Z. & Associates, creator of Do The Work Coaching & Consulting, Big Money Brokerage and the host of the Do The Work® podcast. 

I’ve personally sold over 3,000 homes in my career and been featured on the cover of Realtor Magazine. I stepped out of real estate sales in 2014. Since then I’ve dedicated my time to growing A.Z. & Associates and stepping into the role of coaching, mentoring, and consulting small business owners, real estate agents and brokerage owners throughout the country.

A.Z. & Associates is one of the largest Independent Brokerages in Arizona and the Top 1% of all brokerages in the state. We currently have 300+ licensed agents with 3 locations in the Phoenix Metropolitan Area. A.Z. & Associates has the highest sales/agent ratio when compared to other large brokerages in our market.
