Your body will be active 7 days a week only for this challenge. 5 of those days will be intense. 2 days will be used for recovery. Your body will adapt quickly. The better question is, What has “resting” brought you?
All your nutrition questions will be answered in our initial meeting. As a member of the challenge, you will have access to a complete list of foods you can eat. You will learn more about proper nutrition in the first 30 days than what you’ve learned in your lifetime. You will know exactly why you may be carrying additional fat around your belly, butt, arms, and legs.
You can watch them on demand, on your own time. These meetings are crucial to understanding why you are not getting the desired results. We will dive deeper into the mindset and purpose behind your fitness journey. It is mandatory that you watch the training every week.
